What Are Your Consulting Fees?

Q: I would like to know what the cost of an initial consultation would be, what would be
involved and how long it would take if I were to set up an appointment to visit you.

A: The initial assessment includes education and assessment with our clinic manager Gordon Tonnelly. The fee is $99 if a physician refers you and $149 if you are not. I would then see you and my fees are covered by OHIP. Our assessment includes the use of a unique 50-question survey (MASI) that we have developed and recently present to the meeting of The International Society for the Study of the Aging Male. This survey is our most important tool in making the diagnosis although there is some reliance on blood tests as well. Wait times to see use typically run only 2 to 3 weeks.

Q: Are your services for ED covered under OHIP ?

A: Our clinic looks at hormones and hormone replacement. ED can be a part of this. Our initial fee is $99 for testing and counseling. ‘The remainder is paid by OHIP. You need a referral from a physician. If you have no physician referral the fee is $149.

Our testing is much more comprehensive than just looking at erectile dysfunction. Often treatment for ED will not work until optimum levels of testosterone are reestablished.
